Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the performance of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.
For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb function in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to buy a new item, such as an armor, weapon or ring. The item is replaced by another of the same kind and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. However, they don't retain the quality of the original item and any resources wasted won't be compensated for.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item of equipment such as increasing its damage.
Players can reroll their equipment into three aspects: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack and spell power upgrade mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give the player additional health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available such as upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. upgrade item require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next success is being rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of each preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they show an explanation and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's shop will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. They can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. The process of upgrading can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not affect the item's longevity. This makes the system an ideal way for players to get an advantage in combat without putting stress on their bank account. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for new players. However, there are many ways to acquire them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume upgrade materials and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in the area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is attained.
Items with upgraded base stats will display the blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components do not stack with one another, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component will require a certain number of items and a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, an image of the gear looks like at its next level. Once a player has enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of the item will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available for it. In the same way, once an item is on a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will have discounts.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this will destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item differ depending on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium and a number Upgrade Tokens.
Upgrades to items can be slotted into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide additional effects or to increase the quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense and provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they achieve a perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will display an open window that displays the requirements required for that item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
